About

ABOUT ME

For over two decades, I proudly served my community as a Fire Rescue Lieutenant, leading teams through emergencies, saving lives, and navigating the high-stakes challenges that came with the badge. Every call, every decision, every moment demanded resilience, clarity, and unwavering strength. But what I discovered during those years was something even deeper—an innate ability to connect with people, guide them through crises, and help them uncover their inner courage and potential.

When I retired, I realized my true passion wasn’t just in saving lives in the traditional sense—it was in helping people reclaim their own lives, find purpose, and overcome obstacles holding them back. That’s when I made the leap from lieutenant to life coach.

I specialize in working with firefighters, police officers, and everyday heroes because I’ve walked in your boots. I know the weight of the uniform, the sacrifices you make, and the challenges you face—on and off the job. But my coaching extends beyond those in uniform. Whether you’re navigating a career shift, overcoming self-doubt, or striving for personal growth, my mission is to help you break free from what’s holding you back and create a life filled with purpose, balance, and fulfillment.

Why work with me? Because I don’t just teach resilience—I’ve lived it. I combine the discipline and leadership of my years in fire service with the tools and strategies you need to tackle life’s toughest challenges. Together, we’ll turn your struggles into stepping stones and your dreams into achievable goals.

Your next chapter is waiting—are you ready to write it? Let’s begin.

Yorgi

Anytime you walk into a room people know you're the man in charge and I remember thinking I want to be like that. Since then, I have been motivated and strive to be that person that people come to for help and advice and it has helped me tremendously in reaching my goals.

Rich and I worked together at the fire department for many years and most of those years I thought of him as a mentor and a father figure. I can't tell you how many times he offered advice that I still use to this day. He would give you the shirt off of his back and never ask for everything in return. Absolutely one of the best relationships I have had not just in the fire service but in life.
